Robust built construction & advanced vacuum processing, these tanks delivers reliable, scalable & contamination-free operations.

Tanks Main Applications are: Pharmaceutical ointments & creams to Cosmetic lotions & gels | Emulsions & suspensions | Toothpaste manufacturing | Dermatological & sterile solutions.

Key features & Capabilities:

cGMP-compliant design - ensuring product safety and purity.
Vacuum-rated operations - for superior emulsion quality.
Contact parts in SS316L / SS304 - with sanitary finish.
Customizable capacities - ranging from 10 L to 2000 L.
Heating & cooling jackets - for temperature-sensitive processes .
Differential RPM & scraper agitators - for uniform mixing.
Automated controls - with PLC/HMI integration controls.

Working Principle:

The Ointment Mixing Vessel consists of insulated, jacketed and cladded tanks with dedicated wax and water heating vessels.
Wax is melted in the wax vessel, while water is heated in the water vessel.
Both phases are automatically transferred under vacuum into the main manufacturing vessel.
High-shear mixing creates a homogeneous emulsion of oil and water.
The mixture is cooled using chilled water through the jacket, after which colors, actives and perfumes (for cosmetics) are added.
Finally, the finished product is transferred to a storage vessel, ready for filling or packaging.

Why Choose PST Ointment Mixing Tanks?

Engineered for - Precision, Sterility, and Reliability
Fully automated systems, minimizing manual handling.
Scalable and customizable to meet future production demands.
Energy-efficient design for reduced operational costs.
Trusted by - pharma, cosmetic, and chemical industries worldwide.

CIP & SIP Vessels

A "Clean In Place" (CIP) and "Steam In Place" (SIP) skid is a system used in various industries, such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology, to clean and sanitize processing equipment without the need for disassembly.

Clean In Place (CIP):
It's is a method used to clean the interior surfaces of pipes, vessels and process equipment without disassembly. It involves circulating cleaning solutions through the equipment to remove dirt, residue and contaminants.
CIP systems typically consist of tanks, pumps, valves, instrumentation and sometimes heating elements to ensure effective cleaning. The goal is to maintain high levels of hygiene and prevent cross-contamination during the manufacturing process.

Steam In Place (SIP):
This is a related process that involves using steam to sanitize and sterilize the interior surfaces of equipment. It's particularly important in industries where the utmost cleanliness and prevention of microbial contamination are crucial, such as pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing.
The high temperature of steam effectively kills microorganisms, ensuring the equipment is safe for the next production cycle.

Major Benefits CIP & SIP are:

Time saving - Fast and on-site cleaning process.

Safety - No cross-contamination, clean water at all stages of functioning.

Automatic & Replicable - Fully automated cleaning process via validated software.

Cost Reduction - Low consumption of energy, water and detergent.

Self-cleaning Our CIP Skids has self-cleaning system.
